Declaration of value (Dichiarazione di valore)

Please check the information provided below:

If you intend to study or work in Italy, you may need a declaration of value (dichiarazione di valore) to certify the level of education you have completed in Armenia.

TLScontact will verify that your application is complete and forward your documents to the embassy of Italy for assessment.

Required documents

Please submit:

  • Your passport and one photocopy;

  • A completed declaration of value application form;

  • Original educational certificates or diplomas bearing an Apostille;

  • Original official transcripts (exam records) bearing an Apostille;

  • Official Italian translations of the diplomas and transcripts, bearing an Apostille;

    • The notary must also certify that the copies conform to the original documents;

  • One photocopy of all diplomas, transcripts and translations;

  • If applying for study purposes, a copy of your letter of acceptance from the educational institution in Italy.

Important

  • The application form must be completed in full.

  • Incomplete applications or applications submitted without the required supporting documents will not be accepted.

  • All original documents must be presented at the time of submission.
