Starting on June 19, 2026, TLScontact is introducing a new appointment allocation system for tourist visas to Italy at its centre in Yerevan. Instead of selecting and booking an appointment online, applicants will be automatically allocated an appointment, based on availability.

Which visa types are affected?

This new system will be put in place for tourist visas only. For all other visa types, the appointment booking system remains unchanged.

How to get an appointment

For tourist visa applicants, the new process will be as follows:

1. Register on the TLScontact website and provide the required information about your application.
2. Once your application is validated, you will receive a confirmation message indicating that it has been received and placed in a queue.
3. You will receive an email notification when an appointment is allocated to you.
4. Pay the service fee within the deadline indicated in the email to confirm your appointment.

Why this change?

This new process has been implemented to protect visa applicants from fraudulent and costly third-party agencies, and ensure fair and equitable access to appointments for all legitimate applicants.

Please be informed that the WALK-IN SERVICE will no longer be available from 18 May 2026.

All applicants are kindly requested to book an appointment online through the appointment system.

Dear applicants,

Starting from April 1, 2026, only applicants with a booked appointment will be accepted.

Starting from December 5, 2025, your appointment will be cancelled if the mandatory fields of your online application form are filled in incorrectly.The mandatory fields of the online application are:• Visa type and purpose of travel*• Surname*• Given name*• Date of birth*• Current nationality*• Travel document number*• Date of issue of the travel document*• Expiry date of the travel document*Please make sure to select the visa type for which you are applying (for example, applicants for a tourist visa cannot select a business visa or any other visa category).

Taking into consideration that the number of visa requests to Italy has increased significantly, starting from 1 April 2025, appointments will be available for all types, with the condition that the planned trip is no later than 90 days from the date of selected appointment.

This procedure is intended to guarantee a more adequate number of reservations and prevent those who intend to travel beyond 90 days from the booking date from occupying all available spaces.

• PLEASE DO NOT APPLY FOR A VISA IF YOU MIGHT NEED YOUR PASSPORT FOR OTHER PURPOSES (ANOTHER FLIGHT, BANK TRANSACTIONS, EMPLOYMENT PURPOSES, EXAMS, OTHER EMBASSY APPOINTMENTS ETC).• Starting from April 1st, 2024, all the appointments confirmed with incorrect information on the website of the company “TLS Contact AM” will be automatically deleted.• Please refrain from violations, double registrations and incorrect entry of passport series.
